Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in transportation with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience supervising a driver team of 10–15 members.
• Valid Interstate Class A CDL is required.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and route optimization tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, schedule deliveries, and monitor on-time performance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and fleet safety standards across operations.
• Coordinate route planning and cost management with Ops Managers.
• Oversee driver payroll inputs and trip logs when needed.
• Train and mentor associates to maintain high service levels.
