Job summary

Qualifications include an Associate's degree with 2+ years in transportation and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus experience with scheduling and routing software.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of transportation or related experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ELD performance and collaborate with ELD Coordinator to resolve issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain updated logs for driver review.
• Support drivers and resolve issues on and off the road.
• Review backhaul assignments and adjust routing or delivery plans.
• Coordinate time off requests with management.
• Ensure driver documentation is accurate daily.
• Collaborate with Logistics to optimize routing.
• Review communications and resolve daily issues.
• Analyze driver performance and provide recommendations.
• Assist Transportation Manager and supervise Dispatchers.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
