Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Transportation Officer for Hope Forest Academy in Paisley, FL. This role supports at-risk youth transportation and requires a valid license and clean driving record. The position offers benefits after 90 days and opportunities for growth within the network.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and meet background check/drug screen requirements. CDL holders can drive buses and large vans as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed either 60 hours of college education or 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. CDL license holders will be eligible to drive buses and large vans.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and a TB test.
