Hope Forest Academy in Paisley, FL is seeking a Group Supervisor to oversee safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of youth through Coach Counselors. The role includes guiding policy, procedures, and schedules to the team, under the Shift Supervisor.
We value empathy, patience, and respect, require a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role, and ability to pass background checks and TB test.

What you’ll do:
As Group Supervisor, you will be operationally responsible, through the work performed by Coach Counselors, for the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of youth in the program. The Group Supervisor’s leadership duties include the authority to give guidance and direction about policy, procedures, schedules and best practices to the Coach Counselor Team. The Group Supervisor exercises his/her authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both youth and staff in order to meet expectations of the services provided. The Group Supervisor reports to the Shift Supervisor.
