Kleinfelder is seeking a Division Transportation Market Leader to guide growth across the East Coast and lead our Transportation Market expansion. This role will oversee state and local clients, teaming partners, and other providers to broaden Kleinfelder’s services and geographic reach.

The position can be based anywhere along the East Coast, from Florida to Maine, and requires extensive leadership and business development experience in transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience within the Transportation Market.
• 5+ years of experience managing business development within the Transportation Market.
• Professional registration preferred.
• Proficient with utilizing CRM, sales funnel, and client account plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the Transportation Market, including 1-, 3-, and 5-year plans.
• Work with local areas to develop growth plans and identify key hires with business cases.
• Act as an account manager for select clients.
• Understand and communicate market drivers affecting Transportation and identify growth opportunities.
• Train and mentor client account managers in developing new and existing clients.
• Develop business, build client relationships, forge partnerships, and collaborate with marketing on proposals.
