• Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the Transportation Market (1-, 3-, and 5-year plans).
• Collaborate with local areas to create growth plans, target clients, org charts, and hiring strategies.
• Act as an account manager for select clients.
• Understand and communicate regulatory and economic drivers impacting the Transportation Market and identify growth opportunities.
• Train and mentor client account managers in new and existing client development.
• Foster strong client relationships, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing on proposals.
