Job summary

You will supervise midsize driver counts, coordinate shifts, and collaborate with drivers, customers, and maintenance to maintain service levels and profitability. This role requires strong communication, multi-shift flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with drivers and customers.
• Experience in DOT compliance and safety programs.
• Ability to analyze fleet operations and profitability; present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety.
• Fill in for absent personnel and participate in special fleet optimization projects.
• Train and orient drivers and staff; assist with internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; create customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Perform payroll, counseling, accident reviews, invoicing, and reporting duties.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and safety-related issues.
• Resolve service issues with drivers, customers, and internal teams during the day.
