Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Transportation Manager for our Phoenix presort facility. Role requires supervision of transportation personnel, vendor management, and ensuring DOT compliance to meet service standards.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$87,000 annually plus a 6% field bonus, with flexible vacation policy. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm with business-needs flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; degree in Business/Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations/transportation management experience.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign responsibilities to transportation personnel, including route delivery.
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery/pick-up of service requests for customers.
• Manage site transportation vendors and sourcing contacts.
• Ensure drivers comply with DOT regulations; maintain DOT files.
• Contribute to labor efficiency targets and customer service excellence.
• Oversee DOT compliance and supervise performance appraisals.
