This role emphasizes leadership of the transportation team, DOT compliance, and ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations/transportation management experience.
• Ability to coordinate and manage DOT compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assign responsibilities to transportation personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery/pick-up of service requests.
• Manage site transportation vendors and DOT compliance files.
• Oversee driver performance, HR aspects, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely mail dispatch.
• Review daily driver paperwork and maintain fleet cleanliness.
