Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety standards and aligns with management objectives.
• Manages transportation budget and ensures proper utilization of funds.
• Oversees databases with transport activities, scheduling and records.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; recommends promotions or transfers.
• Trains staff on policies and new laws or tech advances.
• Acts as a point of contact for customers and builds relationships.
• Allocates driver assignments and manages insurance claims.
• Coordinates warranty claims and reports KPI data.
