FOX Factory is seeking a Plant Manager to provide hands-on leadership for full-site manufacturing, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance to meet production commitments.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving lean initiatives, and partnering with supply chain, engineering, and quality to achieve exceptional operational results and sustained financial performance.

Competenze

• Proven manufacturing leadership experience leading plant-level production operations in high-volume, high-mix environments.
• Strong people leadership capabilities building and leading plant teams.
• Hands-on leader with ability to drive daily plant execution, schedule adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Experience using lean manufacturing principles and KPI-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Provides full-site leadership and end-to-end ownership for all manufacturing activities.
• Owns plant P&L including labor, overhead, and production costs.
• Drives production scheduling, capacity planning and labor deployment to maximize throughput.
• Leads daily, weekly, and monthly operations to meet forecasted volume and delivery commitments.
• Drives lean initiatives, standard work, and waste elimination to improve productivity and cost control.
• Partners with quality, maintenance, supply chain and engineering to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
