Job summary

Fox Factory in Alabama seeks an experienced Transportation/Logistics Manager to lead shipping and logistics operations. You will oversee safety compliance, budgeting, data management and supplier relationships, while guiding staff and controlling costs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance of safety standards and that organizational objectives dictated by management are followed.
• Manages the transportation budget and makes certain funds are properly utilized.
• Manages databases that detail transport activities, financial accountings, employee schedules, and personnel records.
• Screens, hires, trains staff, evaluates employee performance, and recommends or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action
• Trains staff in department policies and procedures, and shares information about new laws or technological advances.
• Serves as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints.
• Allocates driver assignments.
• Manages insurance claims
• Manages transport damages
• Coordinates all warranty claims
• Data driven and reporting of KPI’s
