Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in transportation or carrier management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and fleet management.
• Active CDL (Class A) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure DOT compliance, company policies, and safety standards.
• Site budget management and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
• Implement strategies to improve service levels, reduce delays, and increase efficiency.
• Analyze transportation data and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams.
