Job summary

Einride in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, route planning, and carrier relationships. With 6+ years in transportation or carrier management, you will lead a team, ensure DOT compliance, and drive cost savings while enhancing service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Site budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
• Implement strategies to improve service levels, reduce delays, and increase overall efficiency.
• Analyze transportation data and KPIs to support continuous improvement efforts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of transportation carrier management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize transportation operations.

You will:
