The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing the Residential Line of Business at our Greencastle, PA hauling facility. This role provides direct leadership to 12-16 drivers and helpers, with a strong focus on onboarding, coaching, mentoring, employee development, and performance management.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field supporting frontline employees, building positive working relationships, promoting safety, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position works closely with site leadership to achieve service, safety, and operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with start times varying between 3:00 AM (opening shift) and 7:00 AM (closing shift). Participation in an on-call rotation every third Saturday is required.

The expected base pay range for this onsite position is $73,525 - $86,500. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
