You will engage in hands-on learning, mentorship, process improvement initiatives, customer case studies, and internal research projects, gaining exposure to leadership and networking events in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Logistics/Transportation, Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial to convey ideas and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving to approach challenges.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and project management software will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Learning: Engage in various departmental tasks, shadowing experienced team members to gain insights into daily operations.
• Supportive Culture: Mentorship at every corner to help you navigate the internship journey.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Work with team members to analyze and enhance current processes within the division.
• Customer Case Studies: Participate in real-world case studies to analyze client needs and support design of customized solutions.
• Internal Research Projects: Conduct research to evaluate industry trends and best practices.
