• Oversee driver assignments and in-transit progress to ensure end-to-end execution.
• Collaborate with load planners and account management to determine optimal transportation solutions.
• Track operational metrics such as driver production, deadhead, and retention.
• Develop and present a Summer Project Proposal addressing a major business need.
