• 5 years roadway maintenance experience.
• Substitutions for experience allowed with college or technical training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew performing skilled transportation maintenance activities.
• Respond to accidents and weather emergencies and organize crew response.
• Estimate and gather materials and equipment for assignments.
• Inspect roads and report problems to supervisors.
• Operate light and heavy equipment.
• Train crew on equipment use.
