Job summary

Fellowes Brands is seeking a Transportation Analyst to help manage carrier relationships and minimize freight costs while optimizing service. The role focuses on LTL, TL, and PTL spend across distribution centers in Illinois and Nevada, collaborating with Traffic, Distribution, Customer Service, and APO teams to align transportation decisions with service and cost objectives.

The position offers 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, with eligibility for an annual incentive and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Experience with month-end budgeting and freight reporting.
Ability to manage transportation activities for key customer accounts.
Ability to develop and maintain carrier relationships and negotiate rates with 3PLs.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end budgeting, accruals, and freight reporting.
Manage transportation activities for key customer accounts, including freight coordination.
Develop and maintain strong transportation carrier relationships and negotiate rates with 3PL and carriers.
Support NMFC item setup and stay compliant with freight classifications and regulations.
Analyze freight spend and identify cost-saving opportunities across locations.
