Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client service and support to the account team and clients
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy
• Support policy issuance, documentation, and renewal processes
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor tasks
• Assist with billing, compliance, and collections
