Job summary

HUB International in Boise, ID is seeking an Account Executive to provide professional account management and brokerage services for assigned clients, with a primary focus on account retention. You will collaborate with Producers as a broker-consultant and oversee service delivery across HUB resources.

You will develop knowledge of clients’ business exposures, coordinate marketing, risk control, claims support, and renewal activity, while building strong relationships with carriers and clients

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 7+ years servicing large accounts.
• Experience influencing C-level executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PowerPoint.
• High energy, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Able to manage conflicting demands.
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Retain accounts and act as broker-consultant.
• Prepare for client meetings with the Producer.
• Lead renewal efforts and marketing information collection.
• Explain exposures and risk management to clients.
• Coordinate service with AMs, CSR, and risk control.
• Oversee delivery of HUB services through policy cycles.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and document competing providers.
• Build relationships with carrier marketing and underwriting.
• Ensure timely, quality deliverables to clients.
