Job summary

HNTB is seeking Intern Engineers to support multiple departments across the Central States region. The role involves assisting engineering teams with research, development, and the creation of drawings and documents under supervision.

This internship offers exposure to bridge, geotechnical, traffic/transportation planning, roadway, water resources, municipal, and inspection projects, with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Will learn and support basic engineering tasks and project work.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.
• Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
