Job summary

HNTB's Michigan office is seeking intern engineers to support ITS/Traffic, CEI, Structures, and Highway projects. You will assist engineering teams with tasks, participate in research and design, and help prepare drawings and documents during the internship.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary engineering program and have basic math and Office software skills. Relocation is not provided, and full-time schedules are expected at the internship location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Foundational understanding of engineering, geometry and algebra.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams with tasks and duties.
• Support research, development and design activities on projects.
• Help prepare engineering drawings and documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
