Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term business development strategy for Domestic Transportation Services.
Identify growth opportunities across transportation, logistics, brokerage, backhaul, dedicated fleets, and emerging solutions.
Create go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Build business cases, financial models, and market assessments; evaluate expansion opportunities.
Partner with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with enterprise priorities.
Lead commercial planning and execution to meet growth goals and objectives.
Establish performance metrics, reporting rhythms, and pricing/contract strategies.
Build and nurture executive-level relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Analytics to develop scalable solutions.
Monitor market trends and use insights to refine strategies; drive monetization and innovation.
