Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Transportation Growth Leader/Client Account Manager in Boston. You will lead client service activities, grow the transportation practice across New England, and develop cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will build executive relationships, advocate for clients, and guide go-to-market pursuits from opportunity identification through proposal development, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning or related to transportation, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for client service activities and develop strategies to grow the transportation practice for New England.
• Identify, charter, and lead client service teams around a shared vision of success.
• Foster deep client relationships between Jacobs personnel and client staff to build broad-based relationships.
• Advocate for clients by engaging the firm to address needs and recommend actions to grow market share.
• Coordinate and facilitate sales process and Go/No Go decisions; develop sales costs aligned with ROI.
• Support project teams with proposals, interviews and presentations.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion across client account teams.
