Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Federal, Aviation, and/or Transportation markets.
• Strategic thinking skills and ability to implement long range plans.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, and other seller-doer skills.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate work effectively.
• Strong track record of successfully managing projects.
