Job summary

Lamp Rynearson & Associates seeks a Transportation Group Leader for our Omaha office to develop and execute strategy and provide operational leadership for Federal, Aviation, and Traffic and Roadway sectors. You will lead client relationships and help grow Group talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Federal, Aviation, and/or Transportation markets.
• Strategic thinking skills and ability to implement long range plans.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, and other seller-doer skills.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and permitting processes.
