Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roadway design from preliminary to final.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain one in Nebraska.
• Experience managing multi-discipline projects and professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of projects with local, state, and regional benefits.
• Participate in Business Development including networking and contracts.
• Coordinate staff activities to ensure project goals are achieved.
