Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience managing overnight or shift-based transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or similar TMS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute transportation operations across multiple fulfillment centers and ensure on-time dispatch with third‑party carriers.
• Lead calls with carriers to confirm driver assignments and maintain accountability.
• Manage load planning and align with transportation schedules; resolve exceptions in real time.
• Serve as decision-maker for disruptions; implement short-term fixes and long-term actions.
• Use SQL and Excel to analyze operational data and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with FC operations, internal teams, and carriers to ensure aligned goals.
