Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead transportation roadway projects, provide engineering and QA/QC services for local, state, and national clients, and mentor a growing team.

This role requires PE licensure, 15+ years of experience, and strong leadership. You'll collaborate across disciplines, manage budgets and schedules, and build lasting client relationships within the Transportation Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project exposure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience on DOT/County/Local Agency projects.
• Proven leadership with engineering staff and strong client management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment.
