Job summary

Fishbeck in Indianapolis, IN, offers a full-time internship in Transportation. You will assist in designing roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure for DOT and municipal clients, and create design drawings using AutoCAD and OpenRoads Designer.

Join a collaborative team, support engineers with calculations and documentation, and gain real-world experience on multi-disciplinary projects. Hybrid options may be available for this internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering program.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or OpenRoads Designer is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous internship or DOT project experience is helpful but not required.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Working with our Transportation team, you will assist in the design of bridges, roads, and other civil projects for the DOT.

What You'll Do

• Assist in designing roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure for DOT and municipal clients.
• Create design drawings using AutoCAD and OpenRoads Designer.
• Support engineers with calculations and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across offices.
