Job summary

Woolpert is seeking multiple Transportation Engineering Interns for Spring 2027 in Pennsylvania (Enola or King of Prussia) offices. This full-time co-op will involve real‑world project work across traffic, roadway, bridges, and transportation planning, with strong in‑office requirements and no housing/relocation provided.

You will work alongside Licensed Engineers using Civil 3D/OpenRoads Designer and other programs, gaining hands-on experience on varied projects that affect communities where we

Qualifications

• Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably with at least sophomore status.
• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree or civil adjacent degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
• Be ready and open to learning!
• Be located in Pennsylvania near one of our offices or be willing to relocate at your own expense as this position requires at least 2 days/week of in office time.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the industry leading Transportation team.
• Gain real-world experience working on actual projects alongside Licensed Engineers that are experts in their fields.
• Assist on a variety of projects doing such things as analysis, design, plan production and cost estimation.
• Use industry leading applications such as Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer, alongside discipline specific programs that aid in design.
• Work as a member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subconsultants and clients.
• Perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence.
