Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks an intern for the Summer 2027 Traffic Planning Discipline in Exton, PA. You will assist engineers on transportation projects, perform traffic analyses, prepare reports, and develop skills through hands-on design tasks and cost estimation activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist technical staff with day-to-day design tasks for transportation and traffic projects.
• Traffic analysis responsibilities including data collection, crash analysis, and capacity analyses.
• CAD work for conceptual design plans from traffic planning and preliminary design.
• Construct cost estimating responsibilities for detailed design plans.
• Opportunity to advance to higher level responsibility depending upon performance.
• Collaborate with other interns to understand disciplines and Colliers Engineering & Design.
• Participate in planning and technical report documentation.
• Engage in robust internship program and networking activities.
