Job summary

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, develop technical skills, and learn industry practices while supporting project teams on real infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Rising sophomore to graduate student with interest in transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with civil design software preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist transportation project teams with plans, exhibits, and calculations.
• Support data collection, technical analyses, and project documentation.
• Participate in field visits and project meetings.
• Contribute to roadway, highway, traffic, bridges, and multimodal design tasks.
• Learn industry-standard software and engineering practices.
