You will work alongside experienced engineers to contribute to real-world projects that improve mobility, safety, and connectivity within the communities we serve. The role provides mentorship, exposure to design and analysis phases, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on roadways, bridges, and multimodal projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Rising sophomore to graduate student with interest in transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing transportation plans, exhibits, reports, calculations, and documents.
• Support engineers with calculations, data collection, and analyses.
• Contribute to roadway, highway, traffic, bridge design activities.
• Help collect project data and support transportation studies.
• Assist with reviewing plans and applicable standards.
• Gain experience with industry software and project meetings.
