Job summary

Stantec invites motivated Civil/Transportation Engineering co-op students to join the Louisville, KY Transportation Engineering group. This paid co-op offers full-time hours during the semester and in-person work, enabling hands-on experience with real projects.

You will develop roadway plans, work on reports and quantities, and may conduct field tasks. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with Microstation/OpenRoads experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Office and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadway, signing, marking, lighting, and signal plans using Microstation and OpenRoads.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, quantity calculations, and office tasks.
• Occasional field work as needed.
