Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/transportation engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with Python, C++, or Java; knowledge of transportation software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transportation impact studies, traffic data collection and analysis, report preparation, travel demand modeling, and other technical assignments.
• Gather traffic data from publicly available sources and through field visits.
• Analyze traffic data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Python, MySQL, etc.
• Conduct traffic analyses using HCS, Synchro, and VISSIM.
• Support travel demand model calibration, validation, and scenario analysis in Cube and TransCAD.
• Provide support to our roadway design and traffic engineering teams.
• Perform additional duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
