Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• At least 7 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management
• Strong technical skills in roadway design, traffic engineering, and transportation planning

Additional Qualifications:
