Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing engineering tasks in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• General understanding of civil engineering and transportation projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation experience.
• Preferred: Open Roads Designer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work for numerous clients in the Lubbock area including municipalities, counties, and TxDOT helping to improve the community we live in.
• Utilize design standards to perform engineering tasks related to project development.
• Interface with clients and develop strong working relationships through project interaction.
• Provide design control on assigned tasks within established design guidelines and under supervisor’s review.
