Job description

Lead high-impact roadway and highway projects while guiding teams through design and client coordination. This role offers technical ownership, meaningful team leadership, and strong visibility across major transportation projects shaping communities throughout the New England region.

The job:
  • Lead transportation engineering design projects, including roadway geometry, interchanges, arterials, and complete streets.
  • Quality Assurance of plan production to ensure corporate standards are met
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strong responses to RFPs
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and local governments.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with state and federal design standards.
  • Perform engineering studies, design calculations, and quality control reviews of models, drawings, and reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, aiding in their development.
