Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and over 6 years of experience. This role offers a hybrid work environment and competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $160,000.

Take technical ownership of traffic and transportation projects, delivering analytical and design-led solutions that improve safety and mobility across diverse communities. This role offers deep technical involvement, influence over project direction, and the opportunity to support and guide teams within a growing traffic practice.

The job:

• Lead and manage traffic engineering and transportation planning tasks, serving as Task Manager or Project Planner on multiple work orders for state and local transportation clients.
• Deliver traffic simulation, capacity, and operational analyses using industry-standard tools, supporting data‑driven transportation solutions.
• Perform safety analyses, multimodal and transit studies, corridor planning, and needs and deficiencies assessments.
• Oversee the design of traffic signals and signal systems, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Act as a technical resource within the team, providing guidance and mentoring to engineers and planners.
