Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced roadway design leader to manage multiple projects from development through construction, while mentoring a team of engineers, technicians, and interns. You will ensure compliance with design standards and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

This role emphasizes QA/QC, project delivery, and strong leadership across disciplines and locations, including meetings, presentations, and community engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required (Alabama) with 10+ years roadway design experience.
• 10+ years of experience in roadway design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MicroStation/OpenRoads.
