Wilson & Company’s Kansas City office is seeking a Roadway PE with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads.
2. Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
3. Collaborate with experienced designers, project managers, other disciplines, and subconsultants to deliver projects.
4. Work primarily on projects in Missouri and Kansas with opportunities to support regional projects.
5. Communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2. Kansas Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
3. 4-7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways, adhering to relevant regulations.
4. Ability to effectively work with engineers and technicians.
5. Background in traffic engineering design is advantageous.
6. Experience with CADD using Microstation.

Annual Salary range: $79,000 - $135,000
