Job summary

HDR's Transportation EIT/Coordinator role focuses on contributing to the design of urban and rural roadway projects in a collaborative, employee-owned culture. You will work on alignments, profiles, drainage and estimates, supporting technical reports and calculations under supervision.

Preferred candidates hold an engineering degree with EIT or pursuing it, plus internship experience and proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture is required.
• Internship or entry-level engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with project engineers on detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects.
• Take responsibility for alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage, and development of plans and constructions estimates.
• Assist with creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
