Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA to join our compassionate team. The role combines transporting residents to medical appointments, admissions from hospitals, and general errands, with responsibilities for maintaining the facility van and coordinating minor upkeep.

Responsibilities include assisting on the floor as a CNA between driving duties, while meeting state requirements including a valid WA driver's license, a clean driving history, and an active

Competenze

• Must have a current Washington driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Active Washington CNA/NAC license with no enforcement action against it.

Mansioni

• Transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errands
• Picking up new admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of the facility van; including scheduling and general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc.
• Help out on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant in between driving responsibilities
