Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center in Lebanon, IL is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA to assist residents with daily care needs and transport them to appointments. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits in a supportive long-term care environment.

You will work with RNs and LPNs to provide care, ensure resident safety, and maintain a compassionate, resident-centered setting. Illinois CNA certification and a valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification required.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Dependable, organized and flexible team player.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Passionate about providing compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care and daily living needs within CNA scope.
• Safely transport residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and well-being during transportation and care activities.
• Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Assist with resident transfers and mobility as needed.
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation as required.
• Support a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
