Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour. This role combines transporting residents to appointments and activities with on-site CNA duties when not driving.

You will maintain the facility van, arrange for preventive maintenance, and support residents with empathy and respect while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have current driver's license that is in good standing and a clean driving record.
• Active Washington CNA/NAC license with no enforcement action against it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errands
• Picking up new admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of the facility van; including scheduling and arranging for general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc.
• Help out on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant in between driving responsibilities

What you will do:
