Job summary

Taos Healthcare in Taos, NM seeks a dependable Transportation Driver to coordinate resident transportation to medical appointments at our skilled nursing facility. CNA certification is strongly preferred to assist residents during transport when needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safe on-time transport, driving the facility vehicle, communicating with nursing staff, assisting residents, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist residents during transport.
