Riverside Commons - Transportation Driver

Riverside Commons is seeking a friendly, dependable Transportation Driver to safely transport our residents to medical appointments, activities, and other scheduled destinations.

Our driver is an important part of the resident experience. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming demeanor, excellent attendance, and the patience and compassion needed to assist seniors and individuals with varying mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• -Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings
• -Assist residents when entering and exiting the vehicle
• -Properly secure wheelchairs and other mobility equipment
• -Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• -Follow transportation schedules and communicate any delays or concerns
• -Keep the facility vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for use
• -Complete required vehicle inspections and transportation documentation
• -Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and facility policies

Qualifications

• -Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• -Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining scheduled transportation
