Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or transportation engineering from an accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
• 8+ years of highway design experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT design standards.
• Experience leading staff and mentoring.
• Experience in project management, proposals, and business development.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation project design and delivery, including roadway and drainage work.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor junior staff and foster technical growth.
